Korea Flag Tae Kwon Do is a Martial Art from Korea. A modern version of traditional styles dating almost 2000 years ago. It uses the hands and feet as weapons. Tae Kwon Do combines punching, blocking, and kicking techniques. Breaking wood and bricks are also part of the program. Tae Kwon Do stylist work very hard to have strong and flexible legs.

Korea Flag Hapkido is another Korean style, which uses a variety of grabbing and throwing techniques. Excellent for personal defense at close range, Hapkido combines falling techniques, defense against hand, shoulder and neck or body grabs; knife and gun attacks are also practiced. Using joint locks and pressure points, Hapkido is viewed as the way of the water.

Japan Flag Aikido has its origins in the centuries old traditions of the Japanese martial arts. It is a form of budo (martial ways of self-refinement) a way of life that seeks to polish the self through a blend of rigorous physical training and spiritual discipline. There is no attack in Aikido. It is an art of self-defense against an unprovoked attack.
